No. DNES/ECA/2003/905– In case of the powers conferred by cause (d) of section15 of the Energy Conservation Act, 2003 (52 of 2001) and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Haryana in consolation with the Bureau of Energy Efficiency, hereby designators the Department of Non-conventional Energy Sources, Haryana, as designated agency to coordinate, regulate and enforce provisions of the said Act, within the State of Haryana.
